Project overview

Baofeng company designs and fabricates steel structural flour mill factory in Algeria. The flour mill factory project was built in June 2014, its size is 60.75m x 30.8m x 11m, and the brick wall is 1.5m, the whole project building area is about 1870 sqm.

We calculated the local snow load,wind speed and the impact of earthquakes when designing the workshop, which ensures the strength of the metal structure. The metal structure building has sufficient strength to withstand the effects of strong wind and snow, thereby ensuring the safety of the internal storage of goods. The service life of our steelstructural buildings is up to 50 years.

Installation

The roof and wall panels of the steel structural flour mill factory are all made of 75mm EPS sandwich panels, which has a good thermal insulation effect.

The steel structure building components of the flour mill factory building are all hot-dip galvanized, which has a good anti-corrosion effect. All the steel structure factory components load into 40HQ sea containers.

The parts shipped to clients after fabrication completed in our workshop. We send detailed installation drawings and viodes to customers.

Local workers reference our installation drawings to process the erection. Besides, our company will also arrange engineers to guide the installation on site.
