The client of our Ghana Juice Workshop project is British, and the client lives in the UK, the juice factory project is its investment project in Ghana.

The customer's requirements and design plan are as follows:

The client wanted to put the two warehouses together, separated by a partition board in the middle, so the final warehouse was a two-span with center pillars.

Finally communicated with the engineer and updated the drawing, the size was finally updated to 40x40m, the ventilators and daylighting panels were added.

Finally, the number of doors and windows and wind load data were determined.

Door:8 doors of 3different sizes;

Window: 36 windows of 2 different sizes;

Wind speed:154km/h;

Roof dead load:0.2KN/m2;

Floor dead load:3KN/m2;

Roof live load:0.57KN/m2;

Floor live load:2.5KN/m2;

Brick wall thickness: 1 meter;

Wall panels: EPS single panel and sandwich panel;

Top board: EPSsandwich panel;
