Before the formal installation of the steel structure buildings, the foundation work needs to be completed. Then, after the steel structure components prefabricated in the factory are transported to the project site, the installation work can be started.

The first step, the first step is to install the primary steel parts, such as steel beams, steel columns, wind-resistant columns, and crane beams, which is a vital component of the whole steel structure warehouse. Then, we need to install the secondary structure, including horizontal support, column support, purlin, tie rod, brace, brace rod, and knee brace. Next, it’s time to install the purlin, the purlin is composed of C/Z section steel, it mainly includes roof purlin and wall purlin.

The second step is to install roof panels and wall panels. Generally speaking, sandwich panel materials mainly include fiberglass wool sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, PU sandwich panel, and EPS sandwich panel. The roof and wall panel installation need to attend to the waterproof problem and wall insulation. There are two main ways to install the wall panel, one is general installation, color steel veneer or color steel composite plate according to the drawings of the axis of production in the workshop, the site directly installed; the other is site composite, the use of veneer, fiberglass wool or rock wool insulation material in the construction site installation, can achieve sandalwood leakage, insulation effect is good.

Finally, we need to install doors and windows and accessories, the position and size of the door and window should in accordance with the design drawings, and the installation gap is reserved. The doors and windows are mostly made of aluminum alloy or plastic steel, which is made by the factory, and the size is checked according to the drawings on site.
